Entry-Level Community Manager – AI & Data (Remote)

About the role

Casual Fridays, a creative agency for hotels and resorts, is looking for two entry‑level Community Managers to run day‑to‑day conversations on client social channels. You’ll handle classic community management while also experimenting with AI tools to automate and improve the workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages and reviews across hotel and resort brand accounts.
• Engage with communities following brand guidelines, like, reply and thank‑you where appropriate.
• Hide or act on spam and off‑brand content, and flag sensitive or urgent issues to the Account Team.
• Maintain a 24‑hour response standard on all assigned channels, including weekends.
• Build and maintain FAQ and knowledge documents that power AI‑assisted response drafting.
• Test AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, etc.) on real community tasks and report findings.
• Propose, prototype and document workflow improvements for the team.
• Support monthly client reporting by pulling performance data from Meta Business Suite and other platform sources.

Required profile

• Excellent written English with a natural, public‑facing tone.
• Strong instinct for appropriate tone and the ability to anticipate what a user needs.
• Enjoy identifying inefficiencies and suggesting better processes.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and spotting anomalies.
• Good judgment to differentiate routine queries from urgent client issues.

Required skills

• Social media management tools such as AgoraPulse or Sprout Social.
• AI platforms including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM.
• Data extraction from Meta Business Suite.
• Spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets).
