ESL Trainer Evaluator

About the role

We are looking for an ESL Trainer Evaluator to join goFLUENT’s Quality team. In this role you will ensure that corporate language trainers deliver high‑quality lessons and assessments, maintaining the standards expected by our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and assess language trainers during live lessons, focusing on instructional delivery, lesson planning, learner engagement, use of tools and classroom management.
• Check assessors’ leveling accuracy, provide written feedback and recommend coaching sessions.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality standards and guidelines for language training programs and assessments.
• Analyze learner and client feedback, monitor learner progress, and conduct audits of training and assessment results.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, trainer coaches and other stakeholders to identify and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience evaluating language trainers or similar instructional staff.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and corporate e‑learning environments.
• Excellent written communication skills for delivering constructive feedback.
