Event Coordinator – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Event Coordinator to join our boutique agency remotely. You will own the end‑to‑end event pipeline for small‑business clients, turning inquiries into fully executed experiences while delivering white‑glove service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming event inquiries, prepare quotes, send contracts, issue invoices and manage follow‑ups.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the event lifecycle.
• Coordinate logistics with vendors, venues, contractors and third‑party partners.
• Maintain calendars, inboxes, documents, contracts, proposals, quotes and invoices.
• Develop structured solutions for ambiguous situations and ensure smooth execution under tight timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of full‑cycle event coordination or operations experience.
• 2+ years working with clients in the US, UK, Canada or Australia.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Reliable internet connection with a backup and ability to work scheduled remote hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Experience using event management tools.
