Event Producer – Scalable Concepts

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and critical‑thinking event producer to support the Fever Originals team in delivering high‑quality experiences. The role serves as the main point of contact for all Strategic Scalables Initiatives (SSI) projects, overseeing third‑party execution, development, and production for the LATAM market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technical and administrative processes, including pre‑production logistics, vendor selection, and post‑production wrap‑up, while assessing and adjusting technical riders to meet budget targets.
• Build, maintain, and monitor production budgets throughout feasibility, sign‑off, and operational stages, handling invoice management and event P&L closure.
• Lead due diligence and long‑term partnership development with key suppliers to enable geographic expansion.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in event production, preferably with theater or stage‑management background.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to coordinate events across multiple cities.
• Innovative mindset, strong vendor network, and solid understanding of technical production and permitting processes.
• Highly detail‑oriented, solution‑focused, and comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment.
