About the role
We are seeking a fast‑paced, organized Executive Assistant to support our primary salesperson who is frequently on the road. The successful candidate will act as the reliable office partner, handling paperwork, client follow‑ups, and schedule management to keep the sales process moving smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Send quotes, emails, and information packages to clients immediately after sales meetings.
- Maintain the CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) with up‑to‑date client notes, information, and reminders.
- Manage the salesperson’s calendar, book appointments, and coordinate travel routes.
- Answer inbound calls and emails, provide basic information, and forward urgent matters to the salesperson.
Required profile
- Quick thinker with a high typing speed and a drive to get tasks done fast.
- Excellent written communication to turn brief notes into professional client emails.
- Strong organizational abilities to juggle multiple tasks without losing detail.
- Minimum 3 years experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
