About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support our senior Client Engagement leader. This remote position requires managing a fast‑paced environment, handling confidential information, and ensuring seamless daily operations across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee strategic calendar and email management for the C‑level executive.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling across diverse time zones.
• Arrange complex travel itineraries and related logistics.
• Maintain and update departmental operational documentation.
• Support ERP/CRM data integrity and execute internal processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience supporting C‑level executives.
• 2+ years as an Executive Assistant in technology or software companies.
• Strong command of English.
