About the role

We are looking for an exceptionally sharp, fast, discreet, and relentlessly organized Executive Assistant to support the manager of one of the world’s largest YouTube creators. The environment moves at extraordinary speed, with priorities shifting by the hour and decisions impacting global productions, partnerships, and millions of viewers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a demanding, constantly changing executive calendar and prioritize meetings, travel, and decisions based on urgency and business impact.
• Serve as the executive’s operational command center, anticipating needs, identifying problems early, and ensuring nothing is forgotten or delayed.
• Prepare concise briefs, agendas, and summaries for every meeting, and draft polished communications in the executive’s voice.
• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including rapid itinerary changes and detailed contingency plans.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business, financial, personal, and talent‑related information.
• Support major productions, launches, partnerships, events, and high‑stakes negotiations as required.
• Build and maintain systems for organized, accessible, and actionable information, including contact records, meeting notes, and decision logs.
