Executive Recruiter – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our Executive Search team. In this fully remote position you will identify and attract senior‑level talent for BairesDev and its clients, helping build high‑impact leadership teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute search strategies to source executive and senior‑level candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Support offer negotiations and manage the placement process.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Expand professional networks and stay updated on market trends to improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Familiarity with recruiting for the US market.
• Experience working in remote environments.
• Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and candidate assessment abilities.
