About the role

Join BairesDev’s Executive Search team as an Executive Recruiter, working remotely to identify and attract senior‑level talent for the company and its clients. You will play a key part in shaping leadership teams across a variety of technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute search strategies to locate executive and senior‑level candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Support offer negotiations and manage the placement process.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Expand professional networks to source qualified talent.
• Stay updated on market trends to refine recruitment approaches.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Familiarity with recruiting for the US market.
• Experience working in remote environments.
• Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and candidate assessment abilities.
