We are seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our Executive Search team at BairesDev. In this fully remote role you will identify and attract senior‑level talent for our organization and client companies, helping to build high‑impact leadership teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Support offer negotiations and manage the placement process.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

• Stay updated on market trends to refine recruitment approaches.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Familiarity with recruiting for the US market.
