About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Expert Clinical Sales Specialist to drive growth of its Orthopaedics business in Bogotá. The role focuses on building strategic relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals, supporting product adoption, and managing the sales pipeline as a clinical and product expert.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative programs for the Clinical Sales – Surgeons area.
- Identify opportunities using trend analysis and competitive landscape insights.
- Maintain customer account information and monitor the sales pipeline.
- Drive data‑driven targeting of accounts and healthcare professionals.
- Coach junior colleagues on sales techniques and processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in applications support or capital equipment sales.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%.
- Intermediate English proficiency and strong leadership and organizational skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
