Expert Graphic Designer – Content Operations

About the role

Sanofi is seeking an Expert Graphic Designer to join the Content Operations Hub in Bogota. You will support the Go‑to‑Market Capabilities organization by creating high‑quality visual assets that align with global priorities, including GenAI initiatives and digital presence optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver static and motion graphic designs from concept to final execution within agreed timelines.
• Produce a wide range of content such as flyers, brochures, social media assets, interactive visual aids, videos, audio clips, infographics and flip books.
• Provide graphic support for GenAI projects, ensuring a consistent visual identity across AI‑generated assets.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, hubs and GTMC pillars to create best‑in‑class customer experiences.
• Recommend improvements for design excellence and help implement tools, technology and processes that boost quality and productivity.
• Create new templates that follow brand guidelines and mentor junior designers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in content development and deployment, preferably with an agency background handling multiple projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, independent work style and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); French is a plus.

Required skills

• HTML coding for Veeva promotional materials and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Hands‑on experience building content on Veeva CRM and SFMC platforms.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe PDF.
