Expert Network Recruiter (Remote Contractor)

About the role

Enquire is seeking an experienced Expert Network Recruiter to work remotely as an independent contractor. You will own the end‑to‑end sourcing, outreach, screening and onboarding of domain experts who support client research requests.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit senior domain experts using LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct high‑volume outreach via phone and email, managing candidate pipelines from initial contact through compliance screening and onboarding.
• Assess expert relevance, depth of knowledge and compliance fit, making rapid, well‑reasoned decisions.
• Translate ambiguous client research needs into precise expert profiles and targeted search strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, response and conversion rates, and expert coverage across sectors.
• Meet responsiveness and turnaround targets for time‑sensitive client requests.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience at an expert‑network firm (e.g., GLG, AlphaSights, Guidepoint, Third Bridge, Tegus, Atheneum) or comparable primary‑research organization.
• Proven track record sourcing senior experts at volume with strong response and conversion metrics.
• Sharp relevance judgment, intellectual curiosity and comfort in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Familiarity with compliance norms in expert sourcing (conflicts, restricted employers, sensitive topics).
• Reliable remote setup with ability to overlap US and/or European business hours.
