Fashion Marketing Account Director

About the role

Power Digital is seeking a Fashion Marketing Account Director to lead a portfolio of 4–6 fast‑moving fashion and apparel brands. You will diagnose growth constraints, build strategic roadmaps, and ensure delivery across paid search, social, influencer, SEO, email and creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Employ AI technologies and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to optimize business processes and campaign execution.
• Run quarterly Power Circuit reviews to diagnose constraints across business, audience, product, messaging, channels and measurement.
• Own senior client relationships, conduct QBRs, and align creative decisions with business outcomes.
• Coordinate paid search, paid social, influencer, SEO, email and creative teams to deliver integrated fashion campaigns.
• Consult on customer retention strategies, including repeat purchase rate, LTV, and loyalty mechanics.
• Manage account growth, renewals and MRR expansion while building multi‑threaded client relationships.

Required profile

• 6+ years of fashion or apparel marketing experience on the agency or brand side.
• Deep understanding of how creative and media strategy interact and the influencer/UGC ecosystem.
• Experience with DTC‑first brands, CAC, LTV, repeat rate and margin economics.
• Proficiency with Meta‑heavy media mixes and associated measurement challenges.
• Track record of retaining and growing accounts and leading senior client relationships.
