Finance Analyst (Financial Master Data)

About the role

Sanofi is looking for a Finance Analyst specialized in Financial Master Data to join its Controlling Operations Team in Bogotá. You will support Digital Corporate Function controllers across three global hubs, ensuring data integrity and seamless integration across multiple financial systems.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain WD and H15 hierarchy mappings and resolve system discrepancies.
• Identify, request creation, and manage cost centers, handling duplicates.
• Submit and manage templates for Workday updates.
• Create and update project master data using ServiceNow PPM, ServiceNow APM, and the Digital Service Catalog.
• Identify and resolve cost‑mapping and project‑assignment discrepancies.
• Consolidate financial data from multiple system extracts and support budget consolidation activities.
• Upload and maintain data in financial systems as required.
• Provide support to Controllers in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Maintain and improve procedures, documentation, and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with internal regulations, financial policies, and SOX controls.
• Participate in ContOps and FBP initiatives focused on process improvement and cross‑hub collaboration.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in finance, accounting, master data management, or systems administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, organizational, and stakeholder‑management skills in a global, multicultural environment.
