Finance Services Manager (Reconciliation Specialist)

About the role

Revolut's Finance team supports the business from accounting to strategic support, assessing risk and guiding decisions. The company is looking for a Reconciliation Specialist who will put robust controls in place to support its global expansion, combining long-term strategic thinking with day-to-day hands-on work.

Key responsibilities

• Work with Finance, Accounting and Product teams to ensure robust reconciliation controls.
• Keep oversight of upcoming and overdue breaks and partner with teams to close them.
• Perform root-cause analysis, optimise reconciliations where possible and triage issues needing escalation to product teams.
• Partner with Product to identify trends behind breaks and build long-term solutions.
• Investigate and implement automation or process improvements to support scaling and expansion.
• Test reconciliations of integration changes and new product releases.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience as a Product Controller or similar, in a fast-paced financial services environment.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operations.
• Confident communication with stakeholders of varying seniority; self-starter, independent and detail-oriented.
• Nice to have: knowledge of Colombian local payments such as SEBRA, DCV and Bre-b, and familiarity with ACH.
