About the role
Join Hilton’s Hotels finance team as a Finance Trainee and support daily financial operations while gaining hands‑on experience in hotel accounting.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in training programs to develop accounting skills.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements under supervision.
- Support weekly bank reconciliation and cash tracking.
- Help verify transactions for policy and regulatory compliance.
- Learn and operate finance systems and tools used in hotel accounting.
- Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to support daily operations.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Internship or entry‑level exposure in finance preferred.
- Detail‑oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines with supervision.
- Fluent in English and able to work collaboratively across departments.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounting software; familiarity with hotel systems is a plus.
