Financial Analyst

About the role

The Financial Analyst will analyze and interpret financial and operating data to support business planning and operations management. This position delivers accurate, timely financial reports and detailed performance analysis, working closely with Finance peers and functional business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for P&L forecasts, budgeting and account analysis (approximately 25‑50% of time).
• Develop financial reports for forecasting, trend analysis and narrative results for management.
• Create and distribute standard and ad‑hoc monthly reporting.
• Assist in the development, preparation and presentation of short‑ and long‑range financial plans.
• Perform month‑end close activities, calculate accruals, post journal entries and conduct account reconciliations.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools for visualization and insight generation.
