Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager – Bilingual (EN/ES)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, bilingual (English‑Spanish) Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our global finance team. Working remotely, you will translate commercial pipeline activity into actionable growth plans, manage deal governance and drive revenue performance across a matrixed organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end budgeting and long‑range planning, moving from regional to global forecasting models for multiple client segments and asset categories.
• Serve as a strategic advisor on multi‑million‑dollar contracts, evaluating non‑standard terms and governing the Decision of Authority framework.
• Partner with Commercial, Upstream and Downstream leaders to align sales pipeline metrics with forecasted financial outcomes.
• Maximize ROI on commercial SG&A investments, automate KPI reporting, and support operational integration of M&A activities.

Required profile

• 7+ years of progressive corporate finance experience, including 5+ years in a dedicated commercial finance role.
• Proven track record in revenue forecasting, variance analysis and translating commercial pipelines into growth inputs.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with IT environments (servers, racks, memory) is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with enterprise ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Salesforce.
• Proficiency with modern BI and reporting tools – PowerBI, Tableau, Claude, Gemini.
• Advanced forecasting capabilities beyond Excel.
