Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis (P&A) Manager will be a key member of Lenovo's Finance organization, overseeing a multimillion‑dollar operation in Bogotá. The role drives month‑end close, quarterly business reviews, forecasting and variance analysis while partnering with sales, operations and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and market insights to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Ops and Pricing teams to define go‑to‑market strategy and track execution.
• Build and maintain complex business and forecast models for insights and recommendations.
• Work with Business Operations, Credit and AR teams to understand deliveries, billings and collections.
• Assist month‑end and quarter‑end close, budgeting, financial reporting and ad‑hoc analysis.
• Identify and implement process‑improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, including Latin America North SLT.
• Ensure compliance with policies and company controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong communication skills.
• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented and strong business sense.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and present to global teams.
• Available to work in a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
