About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson’s Foundational Human Resources Leadership Development Program (F‑HRLDP) in Bogotá. This two‑year rotational program is designed for early‑career talent who want to build a solid foundation in HR while contributing to a global healthcare leader.

Key responsibilities

• Complete multiple 4‑6 month rotations across core HR functions such as Workforce Analytics, Employee & Labor Relations, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations and Global Learning Delivery.
• Partner with business leaders to diagnose HR needs and deliver strategic solutions at local, regional or global levels.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects that support the company’s innovation and people strategy.
• Build a professional network across J&J’s diverse business units and corporate functions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in Human Resources.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability and collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Bogotá for the duration of the program.
