Founding Nonprofit Partnerships Lead (Volunteer)

About the role

The Solena Collective is seeking 1-2 founding volunteers to design and launch its nonprofit learning partnership ecosystem. You will help connect mission‑aligned organisations with women’s circles worldwide, enabling the sharing of workshops, toolkits, and expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Design the system for collaborating with other nonprofits and educational partners.
• Identify, outreach to, and build relationships with aligned organisations.
• Lead partnership conversations and negotiate onboarding processes.
• Create lightweight procedures for onboarding, tracking, and supporting learning partners.
• Contribute to the long‑term learning ecosystem and collaboration model.

Required profile

• Experience in nonprofits, partnerships, education, community building, international development, or gender equality.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Comfort creating systems and processes from scratch.
• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Cross‑cultural or international experience is highly valued.
• Commitment of approximately 8 hours per week for at least six months.
