FP&A Analyst

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a motivated FP&A Analyst to join its Finance Business Partners team in Bogotá. The role supports global financial planning and analysis activities, helping the company deliver innovative healthcare solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, together with Senior Finance Analysts, projects and automations in the FP&A area with a global scope.
• Support reporting processes and consolidations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Maintain close follow‑up of the One JnJ Building budget and act as a business partner to all relevant stakeholders.
• Drive innovation by implementing tools that improve local and global finance processes.
• Monitor P&L performance, expenses, and capital budgeting through tracking and reporting activities.
• Ensure accurate monthly close in partnership with Accounting.
• Provide recommendations and act as controller for budget‑vs‑actual tracking for Facilities, CLS, and Taxes team budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Recent graduate with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with local and international teams.
• Proven business partnering and teamwork capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate activities.
• High attention to detail, strong organization, and willingness to take initiative.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Understanding of AI concepts and responsible AI practices.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Basic coding knowledge.
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerApps.
