About the role

We are seeking a Freight Agent Recruiter to join our growing logistics organization. This remote position based in Colombia focuses on attracting, engaging, and onboarding independent freight agents for our 3PL and freight brokerage operations.

Key responsibilities

Identify and source experienced independent freight agents.
Engage candidates, conduct interviews, and assess fit for the logistics business.
Manage the onboarding process for new agents, ensuring compliance and readiness.
Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment needs with business goals.
Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or 3PL.
Proven experience sourcing and engaging independent freight agents or contractors.
Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, fully remote work environment.
