Freight Broker – Bilingual Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Freight Broker to join our logistics team in Medellín. You will act as the liaison between clients and carriers, coordinating international shipments across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. The role requires strong negotiation skills and a focus on cost‑effective, timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and develop business opportunities.
• Negotiate freight rates with carriers and customers.
• Manage end‑to‑end shipment processes, ensuring compliance and documentation.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with both clients and carrier partners.
• Monitor freight performance and address any issues that arise.

Required profile

• Proven sales or commercial experience in logistics or related fields.
• Strong negotiation and organizational abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
• At least 24 years old and residing in Medellín or nearby areas.
• Team‑oriented mindset with willingness to work onsite.
