French‑Speaking Operations Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Operations Assistant to support the daily management of our expanding short‑term rental portfolio. This fully remote position offers the chance to work with a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of short‑term rental properties.
• Communicate with guests in French and English via Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO and other channels.
• Coordinate check‑ins, check‑outs and ongoing guest support.
• Respond to guest inquiries, reviews and issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are ready for guests.
• Monitor reservations, calendars and pricing updates.
• Assist with listing optimisation and channel management.
• Maintain accurate operational records and generate reports.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in short‑term rentals, vacation rentals or property management is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO platforms.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with property management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway or Hospitable.
• Use of revenue‑management tools like PriceLabs.
• Proficiency in managing listings on Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO.
