Full Stack Developer – Remote (English B1+ required)

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑level Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and deploy modern cloud applications from end to end. The position is fully remote, but candidates must be based in Colombia and have at least B1 English proficiency for technical collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Build modern React applications using Next.js and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services and REST APIs in Python (FastAPI or Flask).
• Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure SQL).
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Integrate AI capabilities such as Azure OpenAI or other APIs into enterprise solutions.
• Help optimise performance, cloud costs, and overall architecture.
• Participate in architecture reviews and collaborate with product owners and solution architects.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience with full‑stack development.
• Based in Colombia and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• English at B1 level or higher for written and spoken technical communication.
• Willingness to learn quickly and openly acknowledge knowledge gaps.

Required skills

• React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Python with FastAPI or Flask
• PostgreSQL or general SQL fundamentals
• Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps)
• Hands‑on experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure SQL)
• Basic Docker knowledge
