TurFresh, the market leader in artificial turf cleaning, is looking for a high‑performing inbound sales professional to join its remote team. The role focuses on converting inbound leads from homeowners into customers and, when appropriate, into recurring maintenance plans.

Key responsibilities

• Respond rapidly to inbound leads and estimate requests.
• Handle inbound calls and web inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Re‑engage past customers and unsold opportunities.
• Convert one‑time customers into maintenance plans.
• Maintain strong close rates and consistent follow‑up.
• Track pipeline and communications accurately in the CRM.
• Ensure speed‑to‑lead and effective pipeline management.

Required profile

• Fluent, professional‑level English with confident phone communication.
• Terrific, authentic personality that builds trust quickly.
• Comfortable representing a premium brand and selling on value.
• High sense of urgency, organized, and disciplined in follow‑up.
• Self‑managed, accountable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as GHL, Jobber, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
