Full‑Cycle Recruiter & Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Full‑Cycle Recruiter and Project Manager to join TopFoxx, a fast‑growing women‑owned fashion startup. This remote, full‑time position will partner with the HR Manager and department heads to build a high‑performing remote team and streamline our hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple roles, from job description writing to offer negotiation.
• Post and manage job ads on global hiring platforms and proactively source candidates.
• Design and maintain structured interview processes, scorecards and KPIs for each position.
• Conduct initial interviews focusing on ownership, communication, execution and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, ensure fast response times and keep recruitment trackers up to date.
• Document and continuously improve recruiting workflows to make them repeatable and scalable.
• Support onboarding by translating TopFoxx values into clear hiring criteria and success expectations.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Solid understanding of marketing concepts and ability to create compelling job postings.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
