General IT Support

About the role

VAME Ltd is seeking a proactive General IT Support Specialist to join the team full‑time on a remote basis. You will ensure smooth business operations by managing user accounts, licenses, and day‑to‑day technical issues across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to internal users via chat, email, phone, or remote desktop.
• Administer Microsoft 365: create accounts, manage mailboxes, assign licenses.
• Manage Dropbox user access, permissions, and shared folders.
• Maintain onboarding and off‑boarding boards in Monday.com.
• Handle IT tickets in Zoho Desk, troubleshoot and resolve requests, and document solutions.
• Assist with basic Shopify platform issues when needed.
• Document IT procedures and support cases.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in IT support, help‑desk, or technical support.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based user access and permission management.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Conversational English communication skills.
