General Manager – Original Events (Colombia)

About the role

Fever is looking for a General Manager to lead its Fever Originals business in Colombia. Based in Bogota, you will be responsible for creating, launching and operating original live‑entertainment events from start to finish while driving the region’s profit and loss.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage the Fever Originals team in Colombia, including Project Managers, Producers and Location Scouters.
• Ensure team members meet quality and revenue targets through regular performance audits.
• Define and execute the regional growth strategy, maximizing sales performance, customer excellence and operational quality to meet quarterly and annual KPIs.
• Own the P&L for the Colombian market, develop local industry connections and represent Fever across all managed cities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and other departments to scale successful events to additional markets and work closely with other General Managers and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing a P&L in the live‑entertainment or events sector.
• Hands‑on mindset with the ability to drive strategy execution and deliver measurable results.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a track record of building industry relationships.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment and motivating young, high‑performing teams.
