GEO/SEO Manager – Spanish‑Speaking B2B (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

We are looking for a GEO/SEO Manager to lead organic growth for our LatAm and Spanish‑language markets. The role combines strategy, on‑page optimisation, technical GEO troubleshooting and link‑building, working closely with the Head of GEO, Head of Content and senior marketing leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the Spanish‑language keyword strategy, content briefs and calendar for blogs, landing pages and product pages.
• Localise English assets into native‑sounding Spanish content and optimise on‑page elements (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal links).
• Monitor rankings, traffic and pipeline data, adjusting the content roadmap based on performance.
• Identify and resolve technical GEO issues such as crawlability, indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals and hreflang implementation.
• Run a LatAm‑focused outreach programme, securing guest posts, co‑marketing and digital PR placements.
• Report organic performance to the Head of GEO and contribute to quarterly GEO planning.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven GEO/SEO experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or martech environment.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush and Screaming Frog.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, cross‑timezone team.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort presenting data‑driven recommendations.

Required skills

• HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript knowledge.
• Understanding of server configurations and CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Sanity).
• Technical SEO fundamentals: crawling, indexation, site speed, structured data, hreflang.
• Link‑building, digital PR and partnership outreach experience.
