Global FP&A Manager

About the role

Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic, analytical Finance Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) for its Customer Excellence team in Bogotá. The role acts as a business partner, turning complex financial data into forward-looking strategies that guide leadership decisions, and aims to improve financial modelling, forecasting accuracy and operational insight across key global functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and cycles: direct monthly forecasting, close processes and variance analysis, tracking accruals, allocations and expenditures.
• Build forecast packages: develop bottom-up forecast models for revenue, operating expenses, cost of sales, capital and headcount.
• Analyze trends across core operational metrics such as billings and collections and turn them into actionable business insights.
• Partner with senior leadership with financial consulting and executive-ready presentations that shape high-level decisions and long-term planning.
• Evaluate existing financial workflows and reporting frameworks to remove inefficiencies and raise performance standards.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance or strategic business partnership.
• Strong knowledge of financial modelling, bottom-up forecasting, budgeting methods and variance analysis.
• Ability to turn large volumes of operational data into clear, executive-level insights and presentations.
• Collaborative approach and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and build cross-functional partnerships.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems.
• Enterprise-grade spreadsheet and presentation tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint or Google Workspace.
