Global Project Manager – FSP

About the role

The Global Project Manager – FSP leads cross‑functional teams to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Acting as the primary liaison between the project sponsor and the organization, you will ensure clear communication, risk management, and alignment with regulatory and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact between the sponsor and internal teams, managing escalation pathways.
• Oversee overall project delivery (scope, schedule, cost, quality) across multiple regions and vendors.
• Maintain financial stewardship, including contract understanding, budget alignment, and out‑of‑scope activity control.
• Drive risk identification, issue resolution, and compliance with SOPs, ICH‑GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate and manage customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant vocational qualification.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably within clinical development or therapeutic areas.
• Strong knowledge of clinical development guidelines, project management principles, and financial acumen.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using project‑specific systems such as CTMS, Preclarus, and Clarity.
