Global Value & Access Senior Manager

About the role

The Global Value & Access Senior Manager will act as a strategic partner for Amgen’s LATAM affiliates and distributor markets, shaping HTA and reimbursement strategies and ensuring seamless launch execution for key products.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain collaborative relationships with global, regional and local teams to align pricing, access and evidence strategies.
• Support affiliates in developing access and pricing strategies for in‑line and launch brands, providing data, modelling inputs and payer‑engagement support.
• Lead dossier governance, reviewing access strategies, data submissions and executive summaries to ensure alignment with global strategy.
• Drive price governance across the region, assessing IRR risks, cross‑border implications and financial impact on P&L.
• Provide strategic input during forecasting exercises and consolidate GV&A inputs with regional finance leads.
• Monitor payer dynamics, emerging trends and competitor access status, feeding insights into GOP systems.
• Share best practices and lead global initiatives to improve value and access systems and processes.

Required profile

• Doctorate with 4 years, Master’s with 6 years, or Bachelor’s with 8 years of market access, HEOR or marketing experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• In‑depth knowledge of payer and government landscape in LATAM, including HTA, reimbursement and pricing.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen for P&L management.
