Google Ads Account Manager – Remote

About the role

Ignite PPC is seeking a remote Google Ads Account Manager to own a portfolio of 15‑16 real‑estate investor clients. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end campaign management, strategy development and delivering measurable lead‑generation results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Demand Gen and YouTube.
• Own a portfolio of 15‑16 client accounts from strategy to performance reporting.
• Lead bi‑weekly client calls, presenting data‑backed insights and actionable recommendations.
• Analyse full‑funnel performance – traffic, leads, appointments and revenue – to identify bottlenecks.
• Develop and execute scalable lead‑generation strategies tailored to each market.
• Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams, ensuring no follow‑up is required.
• Take full ownership of account performance and long‑term client growth.

Required profile

• 2‑6+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads lead‑generation campaigns.
• Proven track record handling significant ad spend with real business impact.
• Fluent in American English and comfortable leading client conversations.
• Strong understanding of paid search, conversion funnels and performance‑marketing fundamentals.
• Data‑driven, proactive and accountable with a focus on results.
