Google & Meta Ads Manager – E-Commerce

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑driven Ads Manager to own, optimise and scale paid campaigns on Google and Meta for our e‑commerce consumer‑products portfolio. You will work remotely across Latin America, turning ad spend into profitable growth while collaborating closely with e‑commerce and creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
• Build campaigns focused on revenue, ROAS, customer acquisition and profitable growth.
• Handle budgets, bids, audiences, targeting and overall campaign structure.
• Monitor daily performance, identify opportunities or issues quickly.
• Test creative, copy, audiences, landing pages and campaign strategies.
• Manage Google Shopping, Search, Performance Max and remarketing campaigns.
• Manage Meta prospecting, retargeting and conversion campaigns.
• Analyse performance data and provide clear, actionable reporting.
• Collaborate with e‑commerce and creative teams to improve conversion rates.
• Scale winning campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.

Required profile

• Performance‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Experience managing paid media campaigns for e‑commerce.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Comfortable testing and iterating on creative and targeting.
