Graphic Designer – Creative Asset Adaptation

About the role

The Graphic Designer will adapt and translate existing creative assets into a variety of formats for print, digital, and social media. Working within established brand guidelines, the role ensures visual consistency while meeting production specifications and campaign deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Resize, reformat, and localize master creative layouts for digital banners, social media, print ads, OOH, and other media.
• Maintain version control and organize adaptation files.
• Prepare and package production‑ready files following templates and toolkits.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Project Managers, and Production teams to clarify adaptation needs and incorporate feedback.
• Conduct basic quality‑assurance checks before file release.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design focused on production and adaptation work.
• Experience in an advertising agency or in‑house creative team is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, time‑management skills and ability to work within established design systems.

Required skills

• Technical proficiency in design tools.
