Graphic Designer — DTC Performance Creative

About the role

We are a growth agency for US e‑commerce brands seeking a remote Graphic Designer who can create high‑impact performance ads. You will turn tight briefs and AI‑generated imagery into conversion‑focused assets that sell in a split second.

Key responsibilities

• Design static ads with clear offers and price anchoring that read instantly at thumbnail size.
• Create email templates, landing‑page hero sections, and promotional graphics for major events such as Black Friday.
• Compose raw AI‑generated visuals into polished, conversion‑ready assets.
• Maintain a steady production volume, with an accelerated pace during Q4.
• Ensure speed and clarity while preserving visual polish.

Required profile

• Portfolio showcasing performance‑driven creative for e‑commerce (static ads, email, promo assets).
• Strong instincts for typography, hierarchy, and visual clarity.
• Fluent in Figma and comfortable working quickly from briefs.
• Experience maintaining consistency across large asset libraries is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools in the design workflow is a bonus.
