Graphic Designer (Motion & Visual Design)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer who excels in motion graphics or visual design with motion experience. You will create eye‑catching visual communication for digital advertising, social media, and brand activations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop 2D/3D motion graphics, creative technology concepts, and modular content for 360° campaigns.
• Interpret ad performance data (KPIs) and iterate creative assets accordingly.
• Maintain high‑quality standards across all client projects.
• Collaborate on storyboards, decks, and concept development with Art Directors, Project Managers and Account Managers.
• Stay current with emerging creative trends, platforms and AI‑driven motion tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of industry experience working both independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design, motion graphics and campaign work.
• Passion for digital advertising, paid and organic social content.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
