Graphic Designer – Motion & Visual Design

About the role

You are a designer at heart, specializing in motion graphics or strong visual design with motion experience. You live and breathe eye‑catching design, photography, typography and visual communication, creating compelling digital advertising and content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop 2D/3D motion graphics, creative technology concepts, and modular content for long‑form, brand activations and 360° campaigns.
• Interpret ad performance data, iterate creative based on KPIs, and integrate performance learnings into the development process.
• Collaborate with project managers, art directors and account managers to build storyboards, decks and deliver high‑quality work across all clients.
• Stay current with emerging creative trends, AI motion tools, and automation workflows, proactively communicating progress and bandwidth.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of industry experience collaborating with teams and working independently.
• Passion for digital advertising, paid & organic social, and a strong portfolio showcasing design, motion and campaign work.
• Excellent organization, collaboration skills and a growth mindset, eager to learn new tools and challenges.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator (knowledge of InDesign and Premiere a plus).
• Strong knowledge of 2D/3D motion graphics, animation, typography and visual design.
• Experience with AI‑driven motion tools, image generation, and automation workflows.
• Familiarity with Google Slides, Frame.io and performance‑based creative iteration.
