Graphic & Web Designer – Creative Team

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic & Web Designer to join Advantagy’s creative team. You will work closely with marketing strategists and clients across various industries to produce visual assets that elevate brands and drive engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design flyers, posters, social media graphics, and other digital materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Adapt designs across multiple platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
• Contribute to web‑design projects when needed, using tools such as Figma or Webflow.
• Incorporate client feedback and meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• Near‑native proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing flyers, posters, and social media designs for US‑based clients.
• Ability to work remotely and overlap with Pacific Standard Time working hours.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Figma or Webflow (optional but beneficial).
• Solid understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
