About the role
We are looking for a Growth & Community Manager to shape Embi’s online presence and turn digital interactions into lasting relationships. This remote role based in Colombia will focus on building authentic communities across multiple platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and expand Embi’s presence on major social media channels.
- Create platform‑specific content that resonates with each community’s culture.
- Engage with existing communities and cultivate new ones where our audience already gathers.
- Convert online engagement into real‑world relationships and user growth.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in social media, community management, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of growing a page, community, or brand.
- Ability to read online environments and engage authentically.
- Self‑motivated, autonomous, and passionate about community building.
- Based in Colombia.
