Growth Marketer (Paid Ads & Creative Strategy)

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Growth Marketer who will own the entire paid advertising ecosystem for a fast‑growing D2C health and wellness brand. You will combine data‑driven media buying with hands‑on creative editing to drive scalable performance across Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Execute, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google, maintaining strict ROAS and CAC targets.
• Audit ad account performance, adjust budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting for efficient scaling.
• Conduct continuous A/B testing of hooks, angles, copy, and landing pages.
• Analyze performance data to define winning creative concepts and develop a roadmap for ad creatives.
• Edit raw video footage into high‑converting direct‑response ads using Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
• Write scripts and briefs for new content based on identified creative gaps.
• Track core metrics daily and weekly, reporting directly to the Founder/CEO and using internal and third‑party attribution tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience running paid social campaigns for scaling D2C brands, preferably in health, wellness, or supplements.
• Demonstrated ability to blend analytical rigor with creative execution.
• Portfolio showcasing personally edited ad creatives together with performance results.
• Self‑starter mindset: proactively identify creative opportunities from data and execute without agency briefs.
