Growth & Marketing Lead

About the role

Charly, a digital agency serving US clients, is looking for a senior Growth & Marketing Lead to own the company’s growth engine. You will work closely with the CEO and GM to shape marketing strategy, build the lead funnel, and drive deals from first contact to signed contract.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute marketing and brand positioning, messaging, content, case studies, and social presence.
• Develop and nurture a high‑quality lead funnel and strategic partnerships, focusing on relationship‑building rather than cold outreach.
• Own the full sales cycle—from initial conversation through proposal, negotiation, and contract signing.
• Create clear sales collateral, decks, and proposals that reflect Charly’s unique value.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline hygiene to ensure repeatable, scalable growth.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven marketing and business development experience, preferably in an agency or creative‑services environment.
• Track record of building relationships, expanding lead pipelines, and managing end‑to‑end sales cycles.
• Exceptional written and spoken English—clear, persuasive, and free of corporate filler.
• Self‑directed, comfortable collaborating closely with founders.
• Based in Europe or Latin America.
