Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Virtual Talent Latam is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead user acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives from our Barranquilla office. You will own the end‑to‑end planning, execution, and optimisation of growth campaigns across performance marketing, email, social, and funnel experiments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch data‑driven acquisition and retention campaigns across paid social, search, email and other performance channels.
• Analyse web and marketing data to identify growth opportunities and test hypotheses that improve conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
• Set performance targets, monitor metrics, iterate on strategies and report insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align campaign roadmaps, manage project timelines and coordinate marketing automation workflows.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in growth marketing with a focus on measurable acquisition and retention.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working with international or U.S.‑based clients in a metrics‑driven environment.
• Fluent Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
