Growth Marketing Specialist (Remote, EST Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to own and scale our lead generation engine. This full‑time remote position works on Eastern Time hours and will replace agency‑based functions, giving you end‑to‑end responsibility for paid, organic and partnership channels.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns, including targeting, creative rotation and budget management.
• Design and optimise marketing funnels – landing pages, opt‑ins and nurture sequences – to convert traffic into qualified leads.
• Serve as the Go High Level expert, building workflows, automations, pipelines and campaigns.
• Manage LinkedIn marketing strategies, both organic content and paid ads, to increase visibility and generate inbound interest.
• Use Apollo for outbound prospecting, list building and sequence management.
• Develop and manage channel‑partner outreach, relationship tracking and partner‑sourced pipeline reporting.
• Oversee SMS/texting outreach campaigns in collaboration with external vendors.
• Monitor performance across all channels and report on CPL, conversion rates, funnel drop‑off and partner attribution.
• Continuously test and refine ad creative, targeting and funnel copy to improve results.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on performance or growth marketing experience (5+ years preferred).
• Proven ability to work independently full‑time on Eastern Time hours.
• Self‑directed, comfortable taking ownership of multiple channels with minimal oversight.
