About the role

We are seeking a Growth Operations Specialist to bridge strategy and execution, building and scaling operational workflows that turn ambitious growth targets into reality. This fully remote, flexible contract position is ideal for someone who loves data, process optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize operational workflows supporting growth initiatives across marketing, sales, and product.
• Track and analyze key growth metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Manage CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and reporting dashboards.
• Design scalable processes for lead generation, outreach, onboarding, and retention.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects to move growth experiments from idea to execution efficiently.
• Create clear documentation for repeatable processes and SOPs.

Required profile

• Natural systems thinker who instinctively looks for improvements.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and analytics tools to drive decisions.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written communicator able to document processes and present findings clearly.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and adaptable in fast‑paced environments.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation software.
• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, and Google Analytics.
• Basic SQL, scripting, or no‑code automation capabilities.
