About the role
The Guest Experience Manager is responsible for creating memorable stays for guests at Four Seasons Cartagena. Working closely with all hotel departments, you will anticipate guest needs, personalize each visit, and ensure flawless service from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities
- Provide attentive, professional service, anticipating guest requests and resolving issues promptly.
- Customize each stay based on guest profiles, preferences, and special requirements, including priority arrivals.
- Collaborate with all hotel teams to guarantee seamless service and uphold luxury standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous service enhancements.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years in a managerial or leadership role within guest experience or hospitality.
- Technical or technologist degree in hotel management, business administration, tourism, or related field; students or recent graduates in these areas are also considered.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1) and solid knowledge of local attractions.
