Head of Growth

About the role

Forward IQ is looking for its first dedicated growth leader to own demand generation and audience expansion. Working remotely from LATAM with US‑hour overlap, you will take the founder‑driven content engine and scale it into a systematic, high‑impact growth function.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute content strategy across LinkedIn, the Modern Forwarder newsletter, and emerging video channels.
• Grow and engage the audience, turning subscribers and followers into inbound sales opportunities.
• Lead top‑of‑funnel demand generation experiments, testing hooks, formats, channels, and offers.
• Scale growth channels, including paid media such as LinkedIn Ads, when justified.
• Collaborate directly with the founder to align growth tactics with the overall business strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience growing a B2B audience or brand with measurable results.
• Exceptional writing ability—clear, punchy, and credible content.
• Systematic, experiment‑driven mindset focused on pipeline impact rather than vanity metrics.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Self‑directed, comfortable building a function from the ground up and working US business hours.
